Repair Services

You can book a repair using the “Book a Repair” button on our website, which will take you to our repair booking system.

Yes, we charge a £25 diagnostic fee, which covers our technician’s time, tools, and expertise. If you proceed with a repair, this fee is applied to the total repair cost.

Repair times vary based on the issue, but most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Complex repairs may take longer, and we will keep you updated.

Data Recovery

We charge a £35 diagnostic fee (non-refundable) if data cannot be recovered. Data recovery starts from £160, with additional costs depending on the complexity. We will always provide a quote before proceeding.

Yes, we have advanced tools to recover data from damaged hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks, and more.

Payments & Warranty

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments.

Yes, all repairs come with a 30-day labour warranty. Replacement parts are subject to supplier warranties.

We do not offer refunds on completed repairs, but if an issue persists, we will re-evaluate and fix it under warranty.

  • UK Mainland: Flat-rate shipping from £5.54 with free delivery on orders over £500.
  • Northern Ireland :  Flat-rate shipping £8.20 standard or £18.40 for a 2-day service.
  • We currently ship only to the UK and Ireland.
