Excellent service, Steve clearly explained laptop needed replacement lid, LCD screen and bezel but it could take up to two weeks as items needed to be purchased from international suppliers. His costs were very reasonable so much cheaper than buying a new laptop, so it was a no brainer. True to his word the laptop has been returned, within the timeframe, in full working order and looks like new. Cannot recommend Steve highly enough, he was very professional and friendly. I will certainly use him again.
